- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I try to be a 20 % cheaper than the bigger company because I am a owner an operate of my company I still work in the field alot I try saving my customer's money so they can see the difference knowing they got the best job for their money that how you repeat business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to that they can call any time they to ask about the Job because at the end they are the boss it responsible for me to make sure the customers are happy with there job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I had alot of training on using equipment such as skid steers stump grinder chainsaws track hole I had alot of safety training I osh rules my tree climber is 20 years experience an go to class on the new technology each year to keep certified in safety training an all employees have to pass a test on the safety of are bussiness
