- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my standard pricing is as follows: Depending on the service, I have package and per hour pricing. Package pricing can be amended per budget situation. My focus is serving you and making sure you get the help you need! I've been there, and I always appreciate it when someone gives me a break!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
~ I provide a "Free 30 Minute Discovery Session" ~ Decide if we will work per package or by hour. ~ Determine budget and package fee along with sessions needed. ~ We decide a course of action together highlighting the most important issues to focus on. ~ Goals are projected and a game plan established to accomplish those goals. ~ Finally, after we have measured the success during the sessions, we decide whether more time is needed and determine if we have been successful in the time allotted.
