All 5 of the above items listed relate to Tony in a most positive light. He is always on time and willing to work with me if I need to reschedule. His work quality is great as he pushes me to go the one step further while keeping in mind I do have some physical limitations at present. He is always polite. He also makes suggestions as to what I can be doing on my off days so I can be more productive when we meet

My experience with tony has been very productive and professional. He listens to your concerns and respects you as his client. He is very open to new ideas if you have any. I’ve been with him for 3 months and have seen very noticeable progress. He is very comfortable to work with, he makes the workout light hearted while also maintaining his professionalism. I’ve been working out with tony for about a month and a half now, my goal is to cut up and gain more muscle and so far so good I started at 215 and now I’m 205. Tony always goes the extra mile and motivates me to stay on track. He’s helped guide my nutrition and gave at home works just in case we can’t meet on certain days. I’m starting to see good results and only makes me want to work harder.
