Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am most passionate about the safety and reassurance your pet needs while you’re away. That is why I call my care Personal Pet Assistance. In a way I consider myself to be their personal assistant. Taking them out as needed, feeding your pet the proper amounts, a playful bathing or grooming, and everyone gets treated with a great deal of respect. In uncertain times you can count on me for whatever you feel necessary for your animal companions!

Touched base about the appointment in advance? Check. Does the job in the convenience of your home? CHECK Friendly? Check. Walked my dog around the neighborhood to help dog blow off steam? Check. Brushed dog's teeth? Check Cleaned dog's ears? Check Used shampoo AND conditioner? Check Thorough brushing all over? Check Nails trimmed? Check Gave dog little milk bones to make the experience as pleasant as possible? Check. You can sit and chat with her the whole time, but she also brings ear phones and music for those people who don't feel like interacting with their groomer. That all said! The hair cut for my shih tzu was not excellent. I think it was a combination of things though; she'd spent time being so thorough on the rest of it, I think my dog was getting tired of being messed with. When she left, she had been here for 3 hours, so it wasn't for lack of effort. Also, the bulk of the reason I'd hired her WAS because my shih tzu was being difficult even when it came to just basic brushing sometimes. The groomer's trimming kit being better would have helped, and that holding harness setup would have helped a lot as well. So, I can't entirely blame the non excellent cut just on the groomer when my dog is at least half to blame. Difficult dogs will always be in a groomer's future, though, so it would be better if she came better prepared for that. I would hire her AGAIN for "all but the hair cut" service. I'd give her another shot even on that when she upgrades her trim kit and brings the harness stand as well.
