They were extremely professional and responsive in their communications with me. When the part was delayed bc of shipping backed up, they promptly checked on everything and followed up with me. Once it was delivered, Kevin scheduled me the next morning. He did an amazing job on the replacement screen on our iPad. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They are priced very fair - better than everywhere else I inquired - and they warranty their work for life. This was worth every penny it cost. They will now be my go-to group for this work going forward and I've already recommended them to my friends if they ever need their phones, tablets, and such technology repaired. Two thumbs up! Thanks!
