Andrea is a gem to work with. She is very easy going and gets the job done. I have used her to bring tenants to rent some rooms in my house and she works very hard to get things done. I am very happ with my choice to hire her to help me with my situation. She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the homeowner.

I am upset at the fact that I can only choose three of them. AnDrea provides every one of the qualities that you all ask me to choose from. She helped me with my lease when it was in shambles!!!! Not only was she able to fixed what someone else messed up, she went over and beyond to manage it. I was able to renew my lease, and found out about services that I am supposed to receive that I knew nothing about; and I started to receive them. She did not complain once!!! She did not blame anybody and was neutral. She did not have to throw anybody under the bus to get recognition. Very Professional!! Anytime I have a maintenance issue, she is on top of it, no complaints, and the maintenance is handled in a timely manner . If there are any safety issues and complaints around the apartment complex she is exceptional at handling the issues with care. AnDrea is always hosting, and coordinating ways to make the apartment complex family oriented. We had a pot luck for Thanksgiving, a Christmas party, she even made a parking lot a place for safe trick or treating for the children. AnDrea answer the phone with professionalism and concern. She has a lot of tasks, and I proud of the way she is towards us as tenants! If she is frustrated or upset she does not take it out on us! Had it not been for AnDrea showing up when she did, I was going to go back into a hotel until I found a better place to live!!!! Her work ethics are superb, she takes pride in any and everything attached with her name. She values us and I value her. She is a gem!!! Thank You for all you do!!! May God continue to bless whatever your hands are used to build!!! Keep Him first and you will go beyond what you could ever imagine. God knew the world needed you!!!❤️❤️❤️🌸🌺🌹
