Vacation rental management
It took two days from the day I hired Timeless as our property manager to find the first applicant for tenancy in our home. Sheila knows the market and is well established in the Louisville area, but she does not overcharge for service. Well done!Jun 30, 2018Verified
Timeless started managing my property about a year ago. My previous manager had let the properties run down. This year has been difficult for me getting things in order. Timeless is doing an excellent job of managing the properties. They are keeping everything running smoothly and my life has greatly improved. I am thrilled. Now those problems seem to be behind me.Aug 9, 2017Verified
First time hiring a property manager for an investment property. Sheila was very responsive and attentive. She took the time to patiently explain the process, respond questions, met a couple times at the property and her office, was open to make changes to the contract and lease. The actual management piece will start soon as the prop just got rented. So, so far it's been a good experience and I have no doubts that it will go well.Jun 8, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We visit each unit personally before agreeing to manage the property. We want to make sure we are a good fit for our client. Once we accept a client we will advertise the unit on various websites and hold a "Rental Open House". We typically hold open houses for each unit available once during the evening in the weekday and once on Saturday. During this time we walk the prospective applicants through the property showcasing their functionality and attributes. We like the applicant to see the property before submitting an application and make sure the unit will suit their needs. We find this personal touch makes for a longer staying tenant and open dialogue if issues do arise.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work with single and multifamily residences. We work with Landlords that have one rental unit and those who have built up their portfolio with many units. We can customize our management duties to assist a Landlord with an area they may need extra support or provide full management.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? One of the most important considerations would be experience. This would not just include the amount of years in the business but also how involved the professional might be in dealing with your rental. We believe that each rental unit should have a personal relationship with their Manager. Up to date dialogue between the Tenant, Manager and Landlord is a must. We also encourage new clients to call present clients to ask any questions and for references.
