What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The difference between hired tinters and independent contractors is independent contractors have tinted a lot of flat glass and no more about making the job more high quality as far as light gaps etc.Prcing is based on sq footage and window placement as well as which type of film you choose However I can give you a better savings the more footage you have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do all the cleaning before we apply the window film all we ask is blinds and curtains be removed and give us 4 ft of room to access the window or windows.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I been strictly tinting flat glass or home and business window tinting for 23 years now started from the bottom up from window cleaning.
