Always get at least three estimates. Beware, that due to material pricing estimates may be more if you got an estimate two to three months ago.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make the customer feel confident on chosen the right contractor. Go over the contract in detail and make sure what is in the contract is what you are getting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 31 years of experience. After college, I started out working for a roofing distributor for 8 years. Then, I started my own company in 1999. I have worked in residential and commercial doing everything from shingles, modified, tile and single-ply TPO and PVC.
