Frank Pineda came around for the initial inspection of required work. While we were discussing what needed to be done, the team lead going to be doing the work was taking measurements and notes. By the time we finished, Frank had an estimate all ready for my consideration. After a couple of days talkiny it over with my wife, I called Frank to let him know we would accept his bid which we thought reasonable. He came over a couple of days later to once again go over the contract and a date was agreed upon for the work to start. The outside walls of the room are to be replaced with walls that contain a moisture barrier, R15 insulation and green board for the walls. The floor is to be leveled, a moisture barrier installed and a vinyl floor installed. We are very happy with our experience to date Frank was very genial and professional.

I didn't know my kitchen had this much potential! Frank was always a phone call away. He always responded quickly, and when little things didn't go perfectly, he made it right. The entire project was a rip-out and re-do, and took 6 weeks. The price was fair, and I'm in love with this kitchen.
