John and his team did a great job my fireplace remodel. They were able to remove a very heavy wood insert and update with new tile. Very happy with the final results!

John & his team did a fantastic job on our bathroomremodel. They went above and beyond and we are very happy with the work they were able to do. There were a couple times where I didn’t know if something was even going to be possible & they always came through. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Let’s start at the beginning. John came to the house to give me an estimate and he was here when he said he was going to be here. Then he sent his bid in the time frame he said he would. He started the job when he said he would. He and his crew worked well and maintained a very professional attitude while working. John always talked with me at the end of each work day to go over the days work and their plans for the next day. Even when I called after hours he always answered and never seemed bothered that I was calling. He and his crew were dependable and trustworthy. Their work is impeccable. I could not have been happier with our decision to use them from start to finish. Once the project was complete I asked them to come back and touch up a corner (this is after they had been paid in full) and he said no problem and was out the next day!!!! How is that for reliability and dependability! My floors are simply stunning! I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I plan to use them again when I redo my upstairs bathroom. You will not be sorry if you choose to use KapStone Tile and Flooring. I forgot to mention: The price was fair and very reasonable.

KapStone did an amazing job tiling our fireplace! They took great care of the surround areas, laying blankets on the ground and furniture, and all of the staff was extremely friendly! High quality work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide customers the opportunity to purchase necessary materials through my local distributors to get reduced contractor rates. I will match any material pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A schedule is necessary to make sure I can fulfill each customers unique desires for their particular project. We will start with an initial consultation to meet face to face, at this time we will discuss both the project, as well as what options are possible. We will then decide whats best and most cost effective for the particular customer and start scheduling the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd Generation Tradesman who has been in the flooring field since I was 6 years old, working as a "laborer" around job-sites. I have maintained my accreditation by continuing to learn and discuss new products with both local distributors and regional manufacturer representatives.
