Super nice guy. My disappointment is that he came in and tried to take the microwave down, had no knowledge of the brand and no tools available to try to remove it. He then told us that we were pretty much on our own and needed to hire someone else. He then stated that maybe he could Google how to get it off the wall and maybe get back in touch with us. I ended up paying him some money for gas for a waste of my time and now I still need to find someone else to do the job. Never heard back from him. I was under the impression that I was hiring a professional who would have no issues removing and installing a new microwave. Very disappointing.
