- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a local owner/operator, and I want to keep earning your business. That's why we offer high quality work, fair quotes, and honest advice for how to handle additional service requests. Quotes are issued quickly, and can usually be given after a 5 minute conversation or short email. There are discounts available for scheduling repeating cleaning services in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's pretty simple! (1) We discuss what the customer would like completed and provide a fair quote. (2) Next we schedule around the customers availability. (3) On the day of the job we show up on-time and preform quality work. (4) Lastly, we follow-up with the customer to make sure the job is completed to their satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of window washing experience!
