Introduction: I am a registered Yoga Alliance 500-hour yoga instructor. I am trained to teach all levels of yoga in a group or private setting. I have studied with several well-known and respected teachers including Kino MacGregor, David Guarrigues, Ramanand Patel, Francois Raoult, and Laura Spaulding and I also spent 5 weeks studying at the Sri K Pattabhis Jois Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India.
I have been teaching hatha yoga and ashtanga yoga at Yoga East since 2009. I have taught children at the Montessori School of Louisville, and this is my 5th year teaching Waterfront Yoga at Brown-Foreman Amphitheater in Waterfront Park.
I am interested in working with any age and level practitioner to help build a strong body, healthy mind, and bright spirit.
