My goal is to guide my clients to a state of relaxation and connection with their bodies. I view yoga as a way to calm the mind by working with the body. I will create a safe space for you to open up and explore your body safely, with emphasis on breath and alignment. My sessions are suited specifically to your needs and goals. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a fee added to the cost of the session to compensate for travel time and gas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send the customer an intake form via email. This form must be completed 2-3 days before our session to give me adequate time to plan. The first session will be easier as I asses your capacity. Over time we will work on more advanced poses/techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 month Ashtanga Vinyasa Intensive with Laruga Glaser at Purple Valley Yoga Center in Goa, India. (2023) Usui Reiki Level 2 Certification from Angela Greer (2021) 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification. From Triguna Yoga, at Dhyan Mandir Ashram in Rishikesh, India. (2020) Continued training at Dharma Meghah Yoga Shala in Louisville, KY. Daily self study and ashtanga vinyasa practice.
