I go by what the client is looking for. I can provide more rustic designs, or I can be a trend setter and take what you need to the next level through research and tedious detail that will set your project apart. I have design experience in both print and web, and I love to design anything from logos to greeting cards, marketing collateral and anything in between. I love to create new ideas and turn them into more than a vision. I love turning them into my clients' story, where they leave their own unique thumbprint and something I am proud that I was a part of.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge by the hour, not by project. This is because a project could only be projected to last for a week, and if there is a flat rate and the client decides to extend it, then I would be expected to work for the same price even though the project is lasting longer, and I do not agree with that. I provide high quality work, and I expect to get paid for such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know them in person (if possible). Then, I would ask them about their business and how they like to be represented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BFA in graphic design and have been a member of a national design organization since 2008 that offers seminars, talks and workshops that I have attended regularly to keep up with trends and meet new design professionals.
