- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour, not by project. This is because a project could only be projected to last for a week, and if there is a flat rate and the client decides to extend it, then I would be expected to work for the same price even though the project is lasting longer, and I do not agree with that. I provide high quality work, and I expect to get paid for such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them in person (if possible). Then, I would ask them about their business and how they like to be represented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in graphic design and have been a member of a national design organization since 2008 that offers seminars, talks and workshops that I have attended regularly to keep up with trends and meet new design professionals.
