I make the world a better place one person at a time. I am a certified Gestalt coach since 1987. In Gestalt we look at the whole person to understand them and help them better understand themselves. I work with each individual to become more aware and use that awareness to make better choices. My life experience is that we best help others and the world by becoming the best version of ourselves. Our work together is to help you become the best version of you. My work with people is broadly in life and career transitions. Said differently, I often help people get unstuck! Getting stuck is easy. I know from experience. The work I do with clients often involves coping with significant life challenges around relationships, self image, money, stress, illness and career transition challenges. I often use self and other assessment tools to help the client gain insight, these can be for personality type and emotional intelligence.
