Maksim roofing was outstanding to work with from the time I requested an inspection through completion and cleaning up after the job. I had a leak near my chimney and after several attempts to caulk it myself I thought it best to call a professional. Maskim was doing work down the street and when asked they unexpectedly agreed to do an inspection that night. After review they provided a couple of options with their recommendation of removing the chimney and covering it up due to it not being used. We discussed the time frame and they said they could start the next day. I have dealt with many companies in the past, but this type of service is unmatched. Pair that with the fast and solid workmanship and you can't go wrong using them. They removed the chimney, capped the area, and roofed over the area and did such a good job you wouldn't have known there was ever a chimney there. This project was completed while we were at our 8-5 job.The roof looks so good several neighbors did not even realize it was gone. Great job Maksim and next time I or any of my friends or family have roofing issues you will certainly be our first call.

I found Maksim Roofing through my wonderful plumber at the tail-end of a big rehab project when I asked Danny to check a problem on my box gutters. They responded promptly and did exactly what they said they would do at a fair price, complete with pictures. Maksim was sensitive to my needs and the quirks of my neighbors.
