About
Hi, I'm Ivan, owner of Build Prime LLC.
I help homeowners and businesses with repairs, renovations, and remodeling, but my real job is making the whole process easier for you. I take the time to understand the problem, fix it the right way, and do work I'm proud to put my name on.
My experience across home repairs and renovations allows me to see the bigger picture. I can often spot issues others might miss, figure out what's really causing the problem, and fix it the right way so you don't have to deal with it again.
I believe fixing a problem starts with understanding why it happened in the first place. That's how I deliver work that's built to last, not something that just looks good the day I leave.
Whether I'm taking care of a small repair or a larger renovation, I treat every project with the same care and attention I'd expect in my own home.
My goal is simple. I want to earn your trust so that whenever your home needs attention, I'm the first person you think to call.
If after reading this you feel like Build Prime might be a good fit, I'd love to hear about your project. We'll talk through what you have in mind, and if I can help, I'd be glad to.

I had an excellent, easy experience with Ivan and his team to redo my kitchen floors. They look great and it only took 2.5 days to remove 5 layers of flooring and install the new! I would highly recommend 😁

They did a fantastic job with our deck repair and stain. Very efficient and they also gave us the best rates with the best quality service.
We were so pleased with Build Prime! They were so responsive and so helpful in getting everything scheduled. From the time we contacted them til the work was done was within a week. They were very thorough and cleaned up after the job. We will be having them back in about a month to stain our large deck before the winter. I would definitely recommend Build Prime for your next painting project!
BuildPrime LLC did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and professional. Their team installed our kitchen cabinets with great attention to detail, and the finished kitchen looks beautiful. The quality of the workmanship, communication, and professionalism exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, and completed the project as promised. I highly recommend BuildPrime LLC to anyone looking for kitchen remodeling, cabinet installation. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely hire them again.
