Hi, I'm Ivan, owner of Build Prime LLC.
I help homeowners and businesses with repairs, renovations, and remodeling, but my real job is making the whole process easier for you. I take the time to understand the problem, fix it the right way, and do work I'm proud to put my name on.
My experience across home repairs and renovations allows me to see the bigger picture. I can often spot issues others might miss, figure out what's really causing the problem, and fix it the right way so you don't have to deal with it again.

I've hired Ivan a few times over the years for different projects, including installing our water filter, and even years later it's still working perfectly.
