- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and focused on quality results. We start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s needs, vision, and budget. Next, we visit the site to evaluate the space, take measurements, and discuss materials and timelines. After that, we provide a clear, detailed estimate with no hidden costs. Once the project is approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and keep open communication throughout the entire process. We treat every home with respect, work efficiently, and maintain a clean job site. After completion, we walk through the project with the customer to ensure everything meets expectations and make any final adjustments if needed. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in home remodeling and maintenance, working on a wide range of residential projects. I’ve developed my skills through real-world work in flooring installation, painting, drywall repair, tile work, and general home improvements. I continuously learn on the job, follow industry best practices, and use proper tools and materials to ensure quality results. I also stay up to date with modern techniques and products to deliver durable, professional finishes.
