I will try and describe for you how terrible this experience was, In February/ March of last year we had leaks in our roof. We foolishly bought into Aspens superb sales staff. What followed was months of problems. The work started in April with them removing a quarter of our roof and exposing it to the elements for weeks and weeks. Exposing the interior of our building to spring storms. Repeated calls to the company results in no action, just we will be there, we will be there. Still no one came to fix our roof. Not one time did they actually show up when they said they were going to show up. If they said Monday by 9 it would be Thursday at 4. Several days they had crews here that didnt know what they were doing and just sat around, come to find out the right materials were not ordered. Their equipment destroyed large chunks of our parking lot. When they finally completed the project in August you could still see daylight through the roof. Finally, in Sept they came back and fixed the areas (those guys were great). But then there secretary called threatening to put us in collections 2 days later if we didnt pay, They mail couldn't have delivered the check yet. No Im sorry this was a tuff experience. Im sorry that we exposed your building to the elements. In no way was I going to have a check waiting for them when I never could trust them to show up. This was the worst contractor experience of my life. Apparently, the only person who could find my phone number was the bill collector. Stay away.

I've been receiving repairs from ASPEN since March. I'm now on my 3rd project consultant. The 1st one was transferred. The second one had the roof put on my house witch i am very pleased. The gutters were scheduled twice with both times having a no show. When I contacted my project consultant (#2) he informed me he no longer worked for ASPEN. My 3rd contract consultant got my gutters installed. The garage and back of house are good. The front of house the gutters were pitched the wrong direction and didn't drain. A month later a different contractor came out to fix them and the gutters are worse than before. They broke the down spout brackets and gutter still fills with water. I contacted my new project consultant (#3) and sent pictures. I wanted him to come by my house so I could show him. This was when I discovered he lives in North Carolina and I live in Kentucky. Not a good scenario. I will say that consultant (#3) has been working diligently on getting repairs done to my property. I'm very happy with him. I'm not happy with ASPEN. To much turnover and no communication.
