- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounted prices already compared to retail and local stores. I am always willing to work with my prices for customers, especially students and active military
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I identify the issue to see if it’s something that can be fixed. I think being 100% with the customers makes everything smoother.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in related field for about 5 years and also am certified with apple and Samsung as well as other certifications.
