- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated by the job itself and square footage plus any special requests the customer may have ie windows Refrigerator cleaning , oven cleaning and so on
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will set up an appointment to do a walkthrough at which time we will give written estimates for the property. We will go over all aspects of the job with the contact person/persons so that we know exactly what is expected . We then execute a contract with all guidelines in place and go forward with our new client!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Quality Maid Service was established in the year 1998. Cleaning is our business and also our passion. We have spent hundreds of hours in the field perfecting our trade and learning different methods of cleaning so that YOU our customer can always have a positive outcome on every cleaning we do!
