Lamar which is the owner, had great communication with me from start to finish!! My refrigerator wasn't getting cool. He had to get a part, he ordered it right then and there, he kept me informed of when it would come in. Once the part came in we set up another appointment for repair, he actually came early, which worked better for me, professionally installed part and it works perfectly Thank you Lamar for your hard work and being punctual.

Improved communication would be appreciated as there was hardly any in regards to when Lamar would be able to come out. Additionally, we don’t know what happened, but the original issue was that our fridge was not cooling. When Lamar finished his work our fridge wound up cooling and our freezer wound up not freezing (although remaining fridge-level cold). Not sure what happened, but after what felt like a go-around with poor communication and a repair that seems to have solved one issue while causing another - we are happily going in another direction to fix our fridge/freezer.

Our apologies for the communication. A lot of our part came on truck late and we also have lots of customers that had parts ordered before yours that came in same day as well I had to finish fixing. We like to do everyone in order & we also text & call our customers to check on services next day to see If any problems because Lamar would’ve came back and fix free of charge. Had Mr. Lamar to look at my LG freezer I was told I need a coil and icemaker. After replacing coil I did not need icemaker the new icemaker had not been installed I requested a refund for the monies sent for ice maker. Mr. Lamar agreed to refund me the money and than he stopped answering my calls and texts.
