Joshua was great! Very helpful and timely with diagnosis and repair. Even though the part delivery was delayed, they were very responsive. Michelle was very helpful over the phone during the delay too! Will use them again for next appliance repair.

I did not like that I had to pay $139 before they would even schedule me to come out to my house. I do not think I will use them again because of this policy.
