FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually attended school for Mechanical Engineering, but whiel putting myself through school I worked in restaurants. Once done with school I had worked my way up to Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef. I got out in 2007 and realized I was meant to cook. I then was asked by a few friends if I could cater their weddings, and as a favor I would, and then business just started taking off.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs we do are wedding receptions, and about 85% of those are buffet style. We have catered all types of events, from birthday parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, sit-down dinners, corperate events, lunches, and christmas parties just to name some.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to always make sure that you get along with the professional, if you have a bad feeling or just do not feel like you are being treated any differently than another person, I would suggest to keep looking, especially in the wedding market.
