I had a wonderful experience with We Fix Garage Doors. The person I spoke with over the phone was overly nice. She offered me a same day appointment. The technician who came walked me through the possible solutions and explained his reasoning behind his recommendations. I agreed to his proposal and the cost. He told me to wait a couple of weeks before submitting payment to ensure his solution worked. It's been months now and my garage door still works like a charm. I highly recommend this business. They were highly recommended in my neighborhood Facebook group and I see why!

Friday night with a broken garage door! Mr. Chris came out and got right to work. He explained the issue, fixed it with no problem, and we both were back to our Friday plans. Thank you for saving the day! I will be calling again when my husband decides to replace this old garage door.

My daughter's home had a Spring snap and the door completely fell off the track. After 2 hours from placing a service call to We Fix Garage Doors ON A SUNDAY MORNING, a crew member named Chris was on site and had her up and running within a couple hours. Very pleased with their service.

The service was absolutely fantastic! The technician, Chris James, was perfect. He was very polite and efficient. He went above and beyond fixing our garage door and not leaving until the job was done. I called originally around 4ish to get started on the whole project and was surprised to find that he was able to come over so quickly. He was at our house rapidly, and gave us a quote, and was back within the hour from going back to the main office. This man worked so hard to get this door fixed for us. He worked on the garage till almost 9pm because of multiple broken parts, and he was able to finish it and get it back working. This door has been broken for around a year and a half. My family and I are so happy that it is finally fixed! Thank you so much, and if we ever have issues with the garage door again, we know who to call!

I've used We Fix Garage Doors twice now, and both times they came out the same day (once on a Friday evening) and fixed the issues within an hour. Joshua and Chris were both fantastic and professional, and couldn't have done a better job at repairing my garage doors. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.
