Rafael was an absolute DELIGHT to work with! He responded to my request for an estimate right away. He arrived for the estimate at the time he said he would. We agreed on the project scope and price, and start date and time. He showed up when he said he would. He completed the job when he said he would, even though, to my surprise none of our exterior electrical outlets were working. He had to go home and get a generator. My tile installation project required that the patterns in the time matched up. He did exactly that! I am extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for tile installation. I now have two other projects for him! And, now my neighbors want tile projects of their own.

PS I can't seem to get the "before" image to turn right side up, but I'm sure you get the picture.

Mr. Rafael recently laid tile floor down for my foyer. He did an amazing job. All of the tiles are level and he was super fast. He is about to repair my kitchen tile that was laid down incorrectly by a different contractor. I am so excited and cannot wait to see my new kitchen floors. I will definitely hire him for additional projects. He is also very personable and explains things so that I can understand.

I hired Rafael to grout natural stone tile on my patio. He was available the very next day. He pays extra attention to detail. He spent attentional amount of time cleaning/wiping due to the natural tiles porous nature. But in the end it looked clean and professional. Very helpful to give advice on sealing tile. He also does carpentry. Next we are hiring him for screening out patio.

We contacted Mr. Roman to do some repair work and contracting work around our home. He arrived as scheduled, His work was very professional and he did an amazing job on what we asked, even cleaned everything thing up as needed each day, and contacted us several times afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied and that there weren't any issues. We will DEFINITELY be giving him a call again !!!
