Corey with Gray Maintenance was outstanding from start to finish. I reached out about a damaged glass door at one of my rental properties, and he responded quickly, communicated clearly, and was able to get out to the property almost immediately. He coordinated directly with my tenant, handled measurements, and walked me through the repair options in a straightforward, honest way. The turnaround time was fast, the pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of the work was excellent—the door looks as good as new. What I appreciated most was how easy he made the entire process. As a landlord, having someone reliable who can take ownership, communicate well, and deliver high-quality work without a lot of back-and-forth is invaluable. Corey was very responsive and early hen arriving. He helped install my toilet but we realized the toilet was defective- we went to Home Depot together to exchange for another one... we went BACK to my house where he installed the second one. It was big debacle but he was very patient and kind throughout the process... I will be calling him again if I need more assistance with my home
