Trey responded immediately to my request, and a worker arrived within an hour. My Fridge had been out for 4 days, and Samsung repair agent would be another week until someone could come out. He was very professional, but personable. I would definitely recommend his company.

We were so pleased to find Trey when our refrigerator needed a new compressor. He got in touch with us immediately and was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us weigh the options of repairing or replacing the fridge and did everything he could to get the job finished quickly when we decided to go with the repair. I hired this company to fix my AC, Trey responded within the hour on a Sunday afternoon and even offered to come take a look that day concerned with me having no AC during the summer. I cannot say enough good things about this company. He’s very professional along with his crew, incredibly nice. I really appreciated the transparency in explaining what was wrong, what my options were and the thing I liked the most is he WILL find a solution to your problem. A very hard working young man with a high level of integrity. I highly recommend this company. They also do other repairs and maintenance and I will be using them for other repairs around the house.
