I gave 2 stars because Emily was nice and they did spend a lot of time on my job. However, they need to focus on house cleaning and not try to be a pro of everything....especially if you do not have the equipment. I was trying to coordinate cleaning of house with pressure washing and she indicated they did that. She showed up with a small electric power washer which is simply not strong enough to do the job. I had to bring my personal machine and redo what she did. As for as move out cleaning ......parts were acceptable but when you hire to do move out cleaning you expect them to clean. They did not do baseboards and they said that was extra. Did not wipe away cob webs, did not clean fans, did not wipe down cabinets in kitchen or bathrooms...not even the outside... and toilets were half clean. Emily was very personable..... and nice....just cannot give them more than two stars.

Was pleased with the work done. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner. Was priced right for a budget and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.
