- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for junk removal/clear outs we give out free estimates and make sure to always give a great price and guarantee our work. For moving we charge 75 an hour and that with both owners doing the labor plus 2.99 a mile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have an intial contact through email or phone where I can explain thoroughly our services and answer any questions the client may have and provide a free estimate. Once we set a time convienant for the client, it's the owners that will show up on time for a meet and greet with the client and then get to work. Once we finish doing a great job, we review the job with client and make sure they're 100% satisfied. Our pricing is great and the job is even better
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Matt is an LSU graduate that has plenty of experience in hard labor and management. He is a retired Army EOD captain and is as handy, fast and efficient as they come. The owner Ryan has past experience in moving and haul outs plus created a successful restaurant in Tampa so they both care greatly about doing excellent work and can overcome all unseen obstacles
