FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know what document or service they need, where the document will be used, whether there is a deadline, who needs to sign, and whether notarization, witnesses, translation, certification, or an apostille may be required. Having this information ready helps us determine the correct service and avoid delays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking the customer what service they need and reviewing the basic requirements. I explain what documents or identification they should bring, provide pricing when possible, and schedule an appointment that works for them. Mobile and bilingual services are available. My goal is to make the process organized, clear, confidential, and convenient from the first call through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Look for someone who is professional, experienced, responsive, and clear about the services they are qualified to provide. For notarizations, make sure the notary is properly commissioned and ask what identification and documents you need before your appointment. Good communication can save you time and avoid unnecessary delays.
