- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Chef On Location Session (Intimate Group) 3 Hours @ $500 A one-time service (of a place or setting) having or creating an informal, intimate atmosphere; typically includes the following services: - Serves 1, and up to 4 - 3 Menu Selections - Grocery Shopping - On-Site Preparation and Cooking - Presentation and Service - Kitchen Cleanup Note: Cost of groceries are not included in the service charge and will be billed to you via invoice 1 day before service. There is a $75 travel fee per hour for services outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I request they make a 50% deposit. Once confirmed, I’ll send a contract for signing before services can begin. Three days before the service date, the remaining 50% will be automatically charged. Details about the session can be shared during booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree from the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University. Furthermore, I am a ServSafe certified professional, which underscores my comprehensive understanding of food safety and best practices.
