Irma gave me a great initial evaluation when we first began, and from there it went really well! Our training sessions were fun, intense, and I had a blast! She is very creative, and I love how she planned my workouts. There will be accommodations with how she creates you workouts due to medical history, previous injuries, etc. She is also very enthusiastic about what she does, which was very motivating for me. I was her client for about a year, and received some good results with how well she pushed me. I would highly recommend going to her again! Thank you Irma!

Irma is a wealth of knowledge, and is skilled at putting research and theory in to practice. As a commitment to our health, she continually researches the best exercises for our unique situation and works with us to develop an effective plan. Definitivamente si lo que estan buscando es una entrenadora personal, preparada y profesional les recomiendo a Irma. Su profesionalismo, su dedicacion y su calidad de trabajo es inigualable. Llevo años de conocerla y trabajar con ella. Toma muy enserio su trabajo. Corrige malas posturas para evitar lecciones, si te sientes incomodo busca algun otro ejercicio que trabaje mejor para ti y lo mas importante no te vas a perder porque ella va contigo mano a mano corrigiendo y explicando a detalle cada ejercicio. La recomiendo al 100%, no van a encontrar alguien mas comprometido con su trabajo

I have been training with Irma Nieves for six months. I'm 60 years old, and this is my first time working with a personal trainer. Irma transmits her enthusiasm for the workout in a very respectful manner. Miss Nieves is willing to correct you and answer any questions, and I love it. She will always show how to do the exercise and the modifications if the person has a particular condition. At the end of the session, she likes to know your feedback. There's no boring week with her. Irma Nieves is a great professional.
