- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $50 per hour. This can be modified for small group workouts, which can be discussed. If you need me to travel to you, that can be arranged with compensation. For all other questions, do not hesitate to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can expect to begin with the initial consultation, where we will discuss your specific goals, restrictions and limitations. We will determine a best course of action for you, determining session frequency and activities to maximize your efforts. In the first session, clients will be shown relevant technique and concepts that will be incorporated throughout the process. All sessions will begin with technique to make sure clients are doing exercises properly to ensure effectiveness and safety.
