FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be a straight shooter. I want money to be simple and out of the way quickly so we can focus on making you look great! My fees are a baseline that is available to change or negotiation based on the client's needs. A 50% deposit must be paid before the date of the shoot is considered "booked" I reserve the right to charge an extra fee at my discretion if the client requests extraneous and not previously agreed upon services such as (but not limited to): Multiple edit versions of the same image, excessive re-editing, additional persons or subjects being photographed, additional location or wardrobe changes that were not previously discussed, etc. I also adhere to a formal business contract when taking jobs and require my clients to sign the said contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to get to know YOU before I take your picture. I want to know what makes you unique as a couple, what your likes and dislikes are, your vision, your favorite pizza topping, EVERYTHING!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shadowing local professionals, second shooting at weddings, 8+ years in marketing and sales most of which required my design/photography services so I have a keen eye for detail and professionalism. And then on top of all that I am a fierce self-teacher and use all resources at my fingertips to master new skills quickly.
