I recently hired Around the House for a junk removal job and I couldn't be more pleased! The team was prompt, professional, they were incredibly efficient, cleared out all the junk quickly, and left everything spotless. Their prices were fair and they were friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Around The House for any junk removal needs- excellent service from start to finish!

These guys were great! Very polite and careful with my antiques. Plus the bonus was they put together a fireplace frame for me that saved me so much time and stress. John and Damien seem to love their work and have a great ethic. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

John & Damien did an excellent job on my house, walkways & driveway. I have an older home & they did a great job getting my house clean & protecting my older wood & paint. All the concrete looks brand new. Wish I had before pictures ( only after). I plan to have them come every 6 months for a clean. Great job! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often times will set a flat rate for the customer based on the job and am willing to talk out details of the job and negotiate costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for a rundown of the job to try and get an idea of what to price, which may include pictures but is not always necessary. Then we can move forward and agree on a price
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father owned a construction business and taught me the mindset. When he passed I was superintendent for 4 months to finish out the remaining contracts. In the process I learned a lot about what it takes to run a business and now am trying to start one from the ground up. I have a lot of experience with physical labor and will not mind any type of job that you would pay me for. This includes moving heavy objects, pressure washing, house cleaning, gutter cleaning, garage or attic cleaning, or any other similar activity.
