- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge outrageous prices and we like to work with our clients to make sure the price seems fair to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to introduce ourselves and get familiar with the property first so that we know what we are working with. Afterwards, we give a very reasonable quote and schedule a day which we can start working (preferably in the morning).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done 3 or 4 jobs now and are looking to get more established. Give us a chance and we promise you will not regret it!
