- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to always help my clients. I also like to give my clients a in between pricing so I know that If anything else pops up on any repair or new roof installation that I don’t have to bother my clients. That goes with any un seen decking plywood that is rotted
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just making sure that my customers are well satisfied and have 110% trust into me to do their job
