I was looking for someone that could enclose the remainder of my fence, just the two sides with a gate. I had gotten several quotes, most were highly outrageous and very pushy once I got the quote.
However, this was not the case with this company! They came out, wrote up w quote and did not bother me about when I’d be ready, bc I was just in the “looking around phase”, but his quote was fair and reasonable. He responded to all my questions within the same day, and was patient with me. My main reason for finally needing to enclose my fence was because I just got another dog, and having two it becomes harder to walk them etc. I know this may not mean much to some people, but after the gentleman installed it, he came to me and asked if I could come and look at the fence one one side, he showed me there was a slight dip in the ground causing a very small gap at the bottom (not their fault, it’s just the way the ground is on that side.). He then said, how small are your dogs… and I explained they weee pretty small but I don’t think they could get out. He suggested putting a boards on the inside on the fence at the bottom (you barely notice it) just to make sure my pups don’t make a grand escape! It meant so much to me that they cared enough to ask me about my fur babies. And mind you they had worked all day in the heat at this point, and now it was dark and beginning to rain. They could have just left bc technically they did their job, but they went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heart beat. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much. I am so pleased with the outcome , and Sir Bentley 🐶 and Coco Chanel 🐾 are loving their new freedom off leash. Thanks again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge between $195 and $275 per sq. price varies and is based off the roof pitch and valley.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the home owner and discuss the issues they are having with their roof. We then inspect the home and come up with a plan of color and style. Once the home owner decides on style and color we order materials and schedule a begin date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of experience and my crew has over 20 years of experience
