FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start with a FREE quote to give you a general idea of cost. For exact pricing, we offer virtual or in-person consultations where we review your measurements, photos, and project goals. All design packages are flat-rate, so you’ll always know the total investment upfront. There are no surprise charges or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How Our Process Works: Step 1 – Inquiry Send us a message with a few details about your project (kitchen, bath, or laundry), your location, and your ideal timeline. We’ll reply with a quick overview of how we can help and what to expect. Step 2 – Rough Quote Based on your project type and goals, we’ll provide a rough price range for design and cabinets. This helps you understand the investment before committing to the next step. Step 3 – Design Consultation (Measurements + Photos) If you’d like to move forward, we schedule a design consultation (virtual or in-home). During this meeting, we will: -Review your space and goals -Walk you through how to take or confirm measurements -Look at photos or videos of your existing kitchen or bath -Discuss style, finishes, and budget This step ensures we have accurate information before creating your custom design. Step 4 – Custom Design & Layout Using your measurements and photos, we create a custom cabinet layout for your space. You’ll receive: -A proposed floor plan with cabinets -Key elevations (as needed) -1–2 rounds of revisions to refine the design Our focus is on function, flow, and a layout that fits your lifestyle. Step 5 – Final Proposal & Cabinet Order Once you love the design, we: -Finalize your cabinet style, finish, and details -Provide a detailed cabinet quote -Review everything with you for approval After your approval and payment, we place the cabinet order. Step 6 – Delivery & Installation Support Your cabinets are shipped directly to your home or job site. We can: -Recommend local installers (if needed) -Coordinate with your installer using our plans -Be available for questions during the process You get a professionally planned kitchen with quality cabinets—without the cost of a big showroom.
