Brought my wifes phone in for water damage. They charged me 90 something dollars for the diagnostic fee. Didnt hear from him for about two days so I called and he said oh give us 24 to 72 hours because we need to let the parts dry out. More than 72 hours past I called and said whats going on. He said oh were just waiting on parts to come in. Itll be probably Tuesday and I said well. What am I up to now like price wise? He said oh you already paid the diagnostic fee nothing you dont you dont pay until we figure out whats wrong with it and then well give you a call saying that this is it and would you like us to install that part for you? I said OK cool. Flash forward to another week that had passed and my wife just happened to realize that she didnt need those photos that were backed up that bad that we were just gonna use the insurance on the phone so thats what we did. We got a phone that next day but yet still no word from tech pros then I call them and tell them I just need yall to give me the pieces put put the phone back together so I can turn it in to AT&T. Yall have had my phone for too long and I will no longer need your services. He said OK thats fine. You just owe us another $72 for the water damage fee. I said excuse me you said I didnt know you anything that I had been paid up that you would let me know before anything so why is this fee all of a sudden appearing and he said oh no no that I told you I told you about the water damage fee you said thats fine. What he doesnt know is that my wife was also listening to the conversation because My phone was on speaker. And he lied. I used to go to tech pros because they were honest, but since a certain person doesnt work there anymore, the morale as well as the quality of work has gone down. And for him to pull this rabbit out the hat trick. I just worn whoever thinks to get a cell phone fixed from them BEWARE! I wish all of you the best.

Charged me 79.41$ to clean the charge port on my phone. Didn't tell me before he did , just said I got you bro . Took less than 5 min then ask cash or card, I said card then he charged me almost 80$. Won't ever go back there again what a rip off
