Installed new faucet & trim in bathroom. Looks great; very thorough in removing in residual stains from larger fixtures being place prior to installation. Had a schedule snafu, but remained in constanct contact until time he arrived.

I rate this craftsman with 10 stars if that were possible. I initially made my request on Friday evening. Bobby was the first to respond to me and wasted no time in setting up an appointment for Saturday morning. He was in my driveway promptly (too early for my normal habits actually!) on Saturday morning. We had located the leak that I called him for already, so Bobby hopped up in the attic and was there for about 5 minutes. He identified what needed to be done to effect the repair, and ran to the hardware to get them. When he returned I don't think it took him more than 10 minutes to repair. He showed me the piece he replaced and verbally gave me details about the situation in my attic and the fix he applied to it. Now, Bobby costs a little bit more than others advertise, but for his promptness, his skills, his professionalism, really just the entire package, I am quite habit to pay that bit more. When you find a gem of a handyman, like I believe Bobby to be, you certainly do not want to lose him over a few bucks! Pictured below is the network of crazy piping in my attic, where the leaking pipe was.
