- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new customer includes an initial consultation to understand their needs, a site visit if necessary, and providing a detailed estimate. We then schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. On the day of service, I perform the agreed tasks, ensuring attention to detail. Afterward, I do a quality check with the customer and request feedback. This ensures clear communication and customer satisfaction.

I have completed Certified Cleaning Technician training, which covers various cleaning techniques and the proper use of equipment and chemicals.
