This experience was disappointing. They forgot about the appointment I scheduled in advance. When I called, no answer. So she texted me back stating she was working. I texted back asking when she was available. At first she stated 2:30 that afternoon.. later she texted back stating the next day which was Tuesday and asked me what time. I said 9:30. Later she texted me back saying 2:30 then the day of asked to move the time up to 1:30. Already, not going well. Then, when they came they quoted me $80 more than what we discussed and told me that I was quoted a basic cleaning although I gave details of what I wanted in the project description on Thumbtack. The lady stating she had to pay two employees. Ok, but that's something you need to have already mapped out prior to quoting a price range. Now to the cleaning. Our house is a new build and I scheduled the cleaning because our furniture and stuff was being delivered the following day. The person I was talking to didn't to the cleaning, just two ladies. Only one of the two ladies spoke English. They did a walk through, called the lady back and then the negotiations began. When they left, we still had spider webs and dirt in the corners, mirrors in the bathroom had streaks, tub still had builders dirt. So if this what a basic cleaning entails, I don't want it so I will never use them or recommend them to even my enemies. I paid them $160, but was more than frustrated and disappointed.
