This company was a no-show three times. A representative (John) called to set up an appointment. Was a no-show, reset the appointment. Then called me 30 minutes later said he was running 2 hours late, still a no-show and once again reset the appointment. The last appointment was this morning at 9 AM. Sent him a text at 9:16, at 10:03 AM his reply was” i’ll be free in 30 minutes if you would still like me to come bye” I replied ok It is now 11:15AM and A NO-SHOW!!!!

The issues you experienced were my fault, not the fault of John, one of our salesman and the gentleman you dealt with, who does everything he can to communicate with and satisfy our customers. Due to a family emergency, I was forced to leave town for a period of time and asked John to cover for me in my absence.
