They were right on time, in fact a little early. He was very, very nice and professional. The carpet looks great and my whole house smells wonderful and clean. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was very pleased with the job that was done by Packs ! They were there on time and did the job so fast and my carpet looks great and it was absolutely awful before!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Packs for giving my carpet life again !!
What a great experience. My carpets were so very dirty, but Mr. Pack restored them to almost new condition. I was overjoyed with the results. We won't use anyone else from now on. Great job, very professional, and most courteous!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential rooms are $45 per room depending on the stains on the carpet but could possibly go up $10 on whatever rooms that has the stains.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining to the customer what would it take to complete the job and what would it take to keep up with the work
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been to several seminars to detect the issue, so I can proceed with the proper service.
