- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always fair. A 3 hr minimum charge applies to all service calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each project is unique, but I like to spend time visiting with the customer to determine their needs/requirements. Depending on the scale of the project I then visit the worksite to determine equipment, tool and material requirements. I then produce a formal estimate with schedule and timing. Upon acceptance, the project is scheduled. Once complete, a walk through is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and the final invoice is generated.
