I am sorry that things didn’t work out, but your dissatisfaction wasn't about the quality of work I performed for you. I removed old cabinets/ countertops and installed new cabinets, installed plywood to provide support for the granite countertops. The granite your wife wanted was not available and completely out of my control. I went out my way to search for the granite she demanded but it was not available. Your wife demanded me to find her granite but either she did not like what was available or it was too costly. I informed you both to order the granite yourselves and I would install if you wanted me to. You told me not to worry about it therefore I sent you a detailed invoice with a remaining unpaid balance then shortly after I receive this review. I tried to contact you several times and now you will not answer. I am a very honest and friendly person but the vulgar language, the uncomfortable stomping and the temper tantrums your wife threw made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I'm sorry you feel I was not friendly but I was focused on completing this job, not sitting down for tea when you already put me in awkward positions.
